Listed Building consents are required for works and alterations to any Listed Building. As part of our historic building service FAS Heritage can provide specialist advice on proposed developments to Listed Buildings. We can also prepare and submit Listed Building consent applications to the appropriate statutory authorities and if necessary provide supporting drawings and design and access statements. As part of this service we can also advise on materials and decorative schemes appropriate for the date and context of the Listed Building.
Recent projects include the preparation of a successful consent application for a raft of works and alterations to Grantley Hall, North Yorkshire, an 18th-century stately home and Grade II* Listed Building.
