How we collect information from you:
We obtain information about you when you supply a service to FAS Heritage or FAS Heritage supplies a service to you or you participate in company projects as a volunteer. We only collect personal data required to fulfil our services with you. Your data is not used for any other purpose. We have a legitimate basis for collecting this data. We receive information about you from you. We do not receive or buy in lists of personal data from other sources. We do not pass on your information to any other party unless required to do so by law.
Examples of the data we are required to collect are personal information such as name, postal address, telephone number, email address. A volunteer application may ask for your personal details and information of any medical conditions which we need to be aware of for health and safety reasons as well as emergency contacts in the event of an emergency if you are a volunteer or employee.
How we store information:
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your data and take appropriate steps to maintain contact information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorised use. We will only keep personal information for the minimum period it is necessary to do so. Volunteer information data are kept securely but are destroyed two years after last being actively involved with FAS Heritage projects.

Your information will only be accessed by employees of FAS Heritage and only those who have a specific reason to do so.
